Heidtke Volleyball Camp at Porter-Gaud
I will be having
two camp sections this summer.
One for rising
6-8th graders and one for rising 9-12 graders. The younger camp
provides a fun atmosphere for learning the basic fundamentals of
volleyball. Individual instruction of the proper forms of passing,
setting, hitting and serving will be taught. These skills will be
practiced through competitive team drills and games. The older camp
will be run very similar to how the varsity program at Porter-Gaud
runs practices. We will focus on fundamentals, and include more
specific position training. The individual training will be integrated
into team drills and game-like situations. This camp will be competitive
and will be a great way to get ready for your upcoming volleyball
season. It does not matter what school you attend, this camp is
for anyone interested in improving their volleyball skills!
